Matthew Sias is the founder of InnovationAcceleration.ai, a forward-thinking company dedicated to advancing creativity and innovation through AI-powered tools. With a rich history of R&D and Innovation at The Kroger Co, and a strong educational foundation from the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business (IS '03), Matt brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. A proud resident of Cincinnati since 1993, he has been instrumental in building out the local innovation ecosystem over the past few years leading the corporate R&D Lab at the 1819 Innovation Hub, and now a new startup from the UC Venture Lab. He is committed to fostering growth and collaboration within the Cincinnati Innovation District around the future of learning, work, and life in the age of generative AI.
